By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
WebPrague provides web development, hosting, and digital marketing services to clients worldwide. The exact scope of services is defined in individual contracts. These Terms apply to all users of our websites, including www.webprague.com.
To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@webprague.local of any unauthorized use.
All content, designs, source code, and materials provided through the Service are owned by WebPrague or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Client‑owned code and designs remain the property of the client upon full payment.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: transmitting malware, engaging in phishing, violating others' intellectual property, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
WebPrague shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
